All teams participating in the contest will do so under the standard KCBS contest rules available upon request or download at www.kcbs.us.

By submitting this application, I knowingly legally bound to this agreement, hereby for myself, my heirs, executers, and administrators, waive and release any rights and claims I may have against K.C.B.S., the City of Clarksville, The Downtown Clarksville Kiwanis Club and their agents and assignees for any reason and all injuries suffered by myself and my team in this event. I also grant full permission to the above mentioned entities to use my photograph, name likeness, recordings, videotapes or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I agree to release Downtown Kiwanis, City of Clarksville and KCBS of any liability suffered by myself or other parties in my group during this event.
